research check 14

L:
  •  if you suffer from any sort of ongoing knee pain, your knee pain might suggest physical therapy, which will help to reduce the pain, regain function, restore strength, and make mobility easier.
  •  Much of this is achieved with a series of supervised exercises, as well as physical therapy that includes some soothing pain-reduction therapies.
  • Physical therapists should apply some hands-on work to show you proper form. Also, there should be ongoing discussion about how your knee feels and what hurts, your progress, goals
  • Depending on the source of your knee pain, you may need a supportive aid, such as crutches, until you are able to walk on your own.
I:
  •  Physical therapy is a great way to go if you have a strained muscle or a little bother in the knee.
  • it builds you muscle and can maybe take the pain and bothering away.
  • you gain muscle around the injured part which relieves pressure away from the injured muscle/ligament.
